Ingredients

10 minutes
as required
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspzeera whole
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all dry spices and mix well.

    Sprinkle the chaat masala.

    Dip in the besan mixture and deep fry till light golden colour.
