Simple Moist & Crisp Breaded Chicken Breasts

Easily prepare some delicious chicken breast meat with mayonnaise.
It might be a little too heavy if you use chicken thigh meat . If you screw up the defrosting, this recipe will still keep the chicken moist and delicious. It's also good if you add allspice or ground black pepper with the mayonnaise. Recipe by Shunkoyu

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken breasts into equally thick pieces so that they can be cooked through easily. Place them on a chopping board and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2
Place the meat into a plastic bag and add the mayonnaise.
- 3
Massage the meat from the outside of the bag so that the mayonnaise coats the meat completely.
- 4
Add panko to the bag.
- 5
Let in a little bit of air and then shake the bag so that the panko coat each piece of chicken evenly.
- 6
Heat a somewhat large amount of oil in a frying pan until it slides easily around the pan (over medium heat).
- 7
Pan-fry the meat until both sides are crisp and nicely browned. Midway through frying, if the oil disappears, add more and continue frying!
- 8
Once fried, place on a paper towel to drain off the excess oil. (I placed the paper towel on top of the rack.) After draining the oil, arrange on a dish and it's done.
- 9
Use the paper towel that you used to drain the oil and wipe the frying pan clean. This'll make it easier for you to wash your pan.

Crisp Chicken Tenderloin & Cheese Bake Crisp Chicken Tenderloin & Cheese Bake
I don't remember how I started making this dish, but I used to make it all the time when I got married and everything suddenly got very busy. It's easy to make one serving so I usually make it for my son when he gets home from cram school.Use non-stick aluminum foil. If you use regular foil, thinly coat it with oil. It's awesome if you use a little bit of chicken and a ton of cheese! The cheese that sticks to the foil is nice and crisp. The bread crumbs cook and brown quickly, so cover it quickly with foil and continue baking. Recipe by moj cookpad.japan -
