Ingredients

  1. 10Chicken wings
  2. 2 tbsp★Soy sauce
  3. 1 tbsp★Mirin
  4. 1 tbsp★Sake
  5. 1 tbsp★Honey
  6. 2 clove★Garlic, grated
  7. 1 tbspSesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Grill the chicken wings (or use a toaster oven) for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.

    While they are cooking, combine the ★ ingredients.

    Heat a little vegetable oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken wings for 1-2 minutes, skin side down.

    Pour in the Step 2 mixture. It will sizzle and give off a delicious aroma♡

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry thoroughly until the sauce evaporates. Be careful not to burn the seeds.

    Arrange on a plate and it's done!
