  • 6 clovegarlic
  • 1 eachginger
  • 1 eachapple
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • 1 cupbread crumps

  1. 1

    ground apple Ginger garlic curd and make paste

  2. 2

    In a bowl add black pepper powder, gram flour, salt and above made paste

  3. 3

    add chicken to above batter

  4. 4

    toss the chicken in bread crumbs and shallow fry in a pan till brown
