Take marinated chicken skewers

Beat the egg in a plate,roll the skewer in the breadcrumbs then dip in egg again in a breadcrumb, keep aside the skewers,

Heat the oil add skewers and fry on low heat 5 minutes then on medium heat.
Remove from oil and put on kichen towel,
Serve hot in serving plate garnish with cucumber serve with chutney.
