  • 1/2 kgChicken mince
  • Marination
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika powder
  • 1 teaspooncilantro paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonchilli paste
  • 1 teaspoonGinger garlic Paste

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend the chicken in blender, add pinch salt.make fine Paste.

    Make small balls marinat with all spices then put balls on skewers,

    Heat the oil and fry on medium low heat, until tender and light brown colour.

    Serve hot.
