Paneer Jalfrezi

This is really a yummy dish. Basically jalfrezi is spicy.
Steps

Take a pan. Add oil and butter. Add freshly grounded green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute for some time. Add sliced onions. Continue to cook.

Add sliced tomato and capsicum. Continue to cook.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Mix it well and cook it for some time. Add Paneer.

Mix it well and gently. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with Roti or Paratha. Don't forget to sprinkle fresh spring onion before serving.
