Ingredients

20 mins
20 balls
  1. 1 big bowl Dates (without seeds) (using black one)
  2. 1 cupSoaked and peeled Almonds
  3. 1/4 cupSoaked Cashews
  4. 2 tbspWalnuts (roughly chopped)
  5. 1 tbspCocoa powder (using sweet)
  6. 2ripe Bananas
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 3 tbspMilk
  9. 1/5 cupDesiccated Coconut

Steps

    First in a grinding jar, add Dates and make a very fine paste of it.

  2. 2

    Remove the date mixture in a bowl and in the same grinding jar, add Soaked and peeled Almonds ; Soaked Cashews and Walnuts. Make a fine paste of it.

  3. 3

    Now take 2 ripe Bananas and mash it using a fork.

  4. 4

    Now wash the grinding jar nicely and let it dry.

  5. 5

    Now in the grinding jar, add the date mixture, dry fruit mixture, mashed banana, 3 tbsp Milk, 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, 1 tsp Salt and 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut.

  6. 6

    Grind it really well in fine paste. Now let the mixture rest for 10 minutes and make small balls out of the mixture.

  7. 7

    Coat it with some dry fruits and desiccated coconut. Enjoy! Have it once a day and stay fit.
