This is a very healthy and delicious recipe. If we take one ball per day it will increase your immunity and you will stay fit. This is basically a no fire cooking. No gas will be used so kids can also try it. Try this fun recipe and let me know your feedback.

First in a grinding jar, add Dates and make a very fine paste of it.

Remove the date mixture in a bowl and in the same grinding jar, add Soaked and peeled Almonds ; Soaked Cashews and Walnuts. Make a fine paste of it.

Now take 2 ripe Bananas and mash it using a fork.

Now wash the grinding jar nicely and let it dry.

Now in the grinding jar, add the date mixture, dry fruit mixture, mashed banana, 3 tbsp Milk, 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, 1 tsp Salt and 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut.

Grind it really well in fine paste. Now let the mixture rest for 10 minutes and make small balls out of the mixture.

Coat it with some dry fruits and desiccated coconut. Enjoy! Have it once a day and stay fit.
