  • Chicken 1kh
  • 1 kgRice
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspRed chilly powder
  • tspBiryani masala.1
  • 1 spoonOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker. Add oil. Add onion and saute well

  2. 2

    When it turns golden brown, add tomato and mix well

  3. 3

    Add spices and mix well. Add chicken in it and mix well. Saute until golden brown

  4. 4

    Add water and rice and mix well.

  5. 5

    Close the lid. Give 3 whistles.

  6. 6

    Its ready. Serve hot. Eat well.
