Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCauliflower
  2. 1Brinjal
  3. 1 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilly powder
  5. 1 cupImli water
  6. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  7. 1 spoonOil
  8. 1 cupOnion tomato paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker. Add ghee in it. Add water in it

  2. 2

    Add all veggies and spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Close the lid. Give 7-8 whistles

  4. 4

    Now open the lid.

  5. 5

    Add imli water in it

  6. 6

    Add onion tomato paste and mix well

  7. 7

    Mix on low flame.

  8. 8

    Add hind and curry leaves tadka.

  9. 9

    Mix well. Its ready.
