Mango pickle
Steps

Cut the mango to small pieces. Add salt n chilli powder and little oil n mix

Dry roast methi or fenugreek and mustard seeds after cooling grind to fine powder. Add to the pickle and mix well.

For tempering add gingelly oil in kadai and add mustard seeds and hingu and once mustard seeds splutter off the flame and pour in a vessel. Once it is cool add to the pickle n mix.
