Wash moong thoroughly and soak for 2 hours in hot boiling water.
In a pressure cooker cook moong for 5 whistles.

On medium heat, heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, curry leaves and cumin.
Add in the ginger, garlic, green garlic, onion and green chillies. Sauté for a minute and add chopped tomatoes, spinach, dil and kasoori methi. Mix well and cover. Cook on low heat until cooked. Add in garam masala, turmeric and cumin and coriander powder. - 3
Add moong to the pan and add salt and lemon juice.
Add in a glass of water and mix well. Bring it to boil and cook for couple of minutes.
Transfer in a serving bowl and add a tablespoon of ghee on top. Garnish with spring onion and coriander leaves.
