Instant Mango Pickle

Arrange all the ingredients in one place.
Wash and wipe the raw mango with clean cloth. Chop & keep aside.Clean the seed very well. - 2
Dry roast fennel seeds, mustard & fenugreek seeds for 2-3 mins to release the moisture. coarsely blend the same.

In a bowl add chopped mango, all the spices and mix well. Then add oil & keep on mixing for 5mins so that masala gets coated by chopped mango very well.

Keep this pickle in a dry, clean jar & serve with garma garam parathas.
