I usually just have some onions left in the vegetable compartment of the fridge.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2to 2 1/2 Onions
  2. 100 gramsGround meat
  3. 1 pieceGinger
  4. 3 tbsp★Soy sauce
  5. 2 tbspMirin
  6. 1 tsp★Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the onions into 2 cm wide wedges. Finely chop the ginger.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the ground meat and ginger in oil, then add the onions and continue stir frying.

  3. 3

    When the onion changes color add the ★ ingredients, and stir fry until there's no moisture left in the pan. Done!
