Instant pickle can be made easily and can be stored in fridge for 1 to 2 months.

Steps

Take large mixing bowl and add chopped mango and add all red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder,pickle masala and haldi.Mix it properly

Roast mustard seed and methi seed and when it cools grind it in mixer.Add these powder in chopped mango bowl and mix altogether properly.

Heat the oil and cool it down add into the pickle.After all masalas are mix together properly with oul and coated.After one day,store it a glass bottle and keep in a fridge.
