  1. 1

    Clean the leeks by removing the green parts and cutting off the roots. Cut the stalk in half lengthwise and rinse away any dirt between the layers

    Put all the leek pieces in the top of a steamer and steam until they are tender.

    Remove and cool in the fridge

    Search with a simple vinaigrette
