Beef samosay
Yummy samosay with flavourful chutneys makes iftar delightful.
Steps

In frying pan,add oil,mince and mix well until changes color.

Add ginger garlic paste,green,red chili powder,salt,red chili crushed.mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add fresh coriander and mix well.
Add onion and mix well for 2 minutes.
Let it cool down. - 4
In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.

Take samosa patti/manda patti and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste..

In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
