Steps

Chop broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, garlic and ginger

Make sauce: diluted cornflour, light soy sauce, demerera sugar, mustard, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes

Shallow boil the broccoli in wok for 10mins then remove and set aside
- 4
Heat olive oil in wok, fry mushrooms and peppers
- 5
Add garlic, ginger and spring onion whites then mix together
- 6
Add broccoli, sauce and cashews. Mix then cook for a further 5mins
- 7
Remove from heat, serve alongside rice then top with spring onion greens and sesame seeds
