In a vessel add oil or ghee, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, peas and cook covered till they become little soft

Add chopped potato and cook covered. Now add carrots, Onions saute add salt, turmeric powder red chilli powder, coriandor powder, garam masala mix together,add the roasted vermicelli mix and add two cups(same measure) of water

Cook covered till the vermicelli is cooked. Now add in the lemon juice n mix, garnish with fresh coriander leaves n chopped green chillies and serve hot. Can be eaten in breakfast or as evening snack with tea!!
