Instant Raw mango sweet pickle (chunda)

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgrated raw mango
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupchopped jaggery
  4. 1/3 tspsalt
  5. 1 tspblack salt
  6. 2 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsproasted jeera powder
  9. 1 tbspdhania jeera powder
  10. 2eachElaichi, laung, dalchini, black pepper pieces

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan take grated raw mango,

    In it add sugar and jaggery

  3. 3

    Also add black salt and salt and on the gas

  4. 4

    Cook it stirring occasionally, the sugar and jaggery will start melting.

  5. 5

    Cook this mixture till 1 tar chasni forms. Then turn off the gas.

    Now add all the remaining ingredients to it

  7. 7

    Fill this pickle in an airtight glass jar. This pickle has self life for 2 years. You can enjoy this with thepla, bhakri, Puri, roti etc...
