Ingredients

  1. 1 kgraw mango
  2. 1/2 tbsblack salt
  3. 750 gmsugar
  4. 1 tbscarom seeds
  5. 1/4 tbsasafoetida
  6. 1/2 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly rinse the raw mango and dry with cotton cloth.

  2. 2

    Now remove the stalk and peel them very nicely

  3. 3

    Take a big or deep pan,put these pieces in pan

  4. 4

    Add sugar and water in it and kept on medium to low flame,

  5. 5

    Add black salt,asafoetida and carom seeds

  6. 6

    Cook it for 15 minutes on low flame (till the mango become soft)

  7. 7

    Now pickle is ready to serve,(serve with rice, after meal and with any pulses or vegetables)
