  2. 200 gshallots or red onions
  3. 200 gred tomatoes
  4. Oil, Salt, sugar to taste

    Saute all the aromatics til caramelized

  2. 2

    Blend until smooth

  3. 3

    Add oil then saute add seasoning wait til water evaporates or when its perfectly cooked
