Ingredients

  • 250 gramkideny beans (Rajmah)
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 tbspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 2 tspHomemade Rajma masala
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 1 tspred chilli
  • 1/2 cuphung curd
  • for taste salt
  • as required coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 tspbutter or ghee,mustard oil on yours choice
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 tspcumin powder or cumin seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder

    First one night before to wet in water in pot kidney beans after next day to soak in sieve and soak them

    In cooker put on gassand put on butter and garlic paste and saute finallay5 mi utes and add the onion and saiut 19 minutes then add the tomatoes and ginger paste saute than fainally and then add salt termic powder and red chilii powderand saut well 10 minutes and add the hung curd saut finally

    Then add the 4 cup water add and cover with lid and give to whisek 4 and slow fane and 30 mintes to heat them after 30 mintes to off the gas and steem to cooker when to realse to own now ooen the lid ahha ready to eat with rice

    Rice to wet in water and 20 minutes and soak these have one handi to butter in it the handi and gas on handi and add the cumin seed and when seeds fry and add the rice put on hand snd double water on add the rice and pinch salt add andfirst boil and slow flame gas and 20 minutes give heat and ready to eat
