You know I love rocket. I had some this morning with scrambled eggs 😋.
Anyway, I made crispy chicken and had it with left over rocket.
Rocket really is a superior herb for me 😍😍😍

In a bowl mix cornflour, paprika and salt or aromat. Coat the chicken. In batches fry the chicken till golden brown. Set aside on absorbent paper.

On medium heat, fry garlic and parsley till fragrant. Return chicken and coat. Fry for further 1 minutes. Set aside on absorbentpaper, then on a bed of rocket that has been dressed with a squeeze of lemon.
