  1. 1/2 cuplentils
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. to taste:
  5. Pimento pepper
  6. Bellpeper
  7. Carrots
  8. Onion
  9. Salt and sugar (DO NOT ADD if you're diabetic)
  10. Paprika
  11. Onion powder
  12. Parsley
  13. Lentil

  1. 1

    Cut all your vegetable into small pieces excepted the garlic

  2. 2

    Wash your lentils

  3. 3

    Boil your lentil until it reaches a soup consistency

  4. 4

    Then add your cut vegetables and your seasoning let it boil

  5. 5

    Add water or seasoning if needed
