Soak the cowpeas in enough water in a deep bowl for 4-5 hours. Drain, and blend in a mixer

Keep batter in hot/warm place for 4-5 hour

Now add ingredients hing, salt, turmeric, chilli, grlic, freah coriander and mix well

Heat a non-stick tawa (griddle) and grease it using ¼ tsp of oil.

Pour a batter on the tawa (griddle) and spread oil

Cook on a medium flame, using of oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both the sides.

Serve immediately with healthy green chutney.
