Steps

Wash pok choy throughly in running water and put it salt water for 10 min

Separate the stem and leaves. Cut into medium size squares

Mix soya sauce, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, mixed herbs together, blend well and keep

Add 1/2tbs chilli flakes and salt to potato fingers and keep 5min

Add 1tbs oil and stir fry potatoes and keep

Now add 1tbs oil fry the pok choy stem part in medium flame for 10min, then add leaves and stir fry for 5min. (it should not be over cook, should be crunchy)

Add mixed sauce remaining chilli flakes, fried potatoes and stir in high flame, now add half portion sesame seed

Remove and sprinkle remaining sesame seed and serve hot

Add soya sau
