  • As required Watermelon Juice
  • as requiredLemon Juice
  • As neededPowdered Sugar
  • as neededWatermelon pieces
  • as requiredSoda water or sprite

Steps

Preparation time 10 min, Chilling time May vary
  1. 1

    Firstly, cut thin semicircle slices of watermelon for presentation.

    A picture of step 1 of Watermelon fizz.
  2. 2

    Blend watermelon pulp to make juice.

  3. 3

    Sieve the Juice and discard seeds.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.

  5. 5

    In a glass, layer the watermelon thin slice

  6. 6

    Add frozen watermelon pieces at the bottom of glass.

  7. 7

    Pour watermelon juice.

  8. 8

    Add soda water and some ice if required.

  9. 9

    Decorate with a watermelon pieces on the rim of glass.
