It’s a refreshing meal for lunchtime or a side dish at dinner. It’s nutritious with all the vegetables in it and you can add more vegetables (peas, celery, etc.) to your taste if you’d like.

It’s a refreshing meal for lunchtime or a side dish at dinner. It’s nutritious with all the vegetables in it and you can add more vegetables (peas, celery, etc.) to your taste if you’d like.
Steps

Boil 1 L water, add some salt and turmeric powder.

Dice zucchini, carrot and pickled vegetables.
Boil the vegetables for 5 minutes before adding pasta.

Add pasta and boil for another 8-10 minutes.

In a big bowl, mix yoghurt, mayonnaise, pickled vegetables, garlic (you can use garlic powder), ground black pepper and salt.

Drain pasta, let it cool down and add it to the sauce. It’s ready for serving.
If you want it to be more saucy, add more yoghurt and mayonnaise.
