In a sufuria heat 5 cups of water.

In a separate container, mix the flour with water to obtain a thick flowy consistency.

After the water has boiled, add the flour mixture while stirring.

Stir continuously to obtain a thick nice texture.

Leave to cook, stir occasionally. For 7 mins.

Add sugar, as preferred.

Cook for extra 7 mins.

Serve hot or warm with mandazi or bread.
