Bajra ki roti with urad dal and aloo sabzi

Put some oil in the vessel and add ginger and garlic paste. Eat it for few minutes and then put chopped onion and tomato in the mixture. Cook still it become light brown. Now at Garam Masala 1 tbsp and salt as per taste in this vessel. Mix it well and heat it for few minutes.

Now put soaked black gram (urad dal) In The vessel and mix it in the solution properly. Put some water in red chili to make it in paste form. add half tbsp of red chilli in that solution and mix it well. 3 to 4 glasses of water in the solution. Cook it for 30 minutes.

Take another vessel and put millet flour (bajra flour). Add some salt in that flour and put some water to make it dow. Now make chapati from that day and serve it with aloo Sabzi in the plate put some coriander leaves for garnish on aloo Sabzi and urad dal.
