Cut the tuna into easy to eat pieces.

Put the soy sauce and mirin in a pan, bring to a boil, and let cool.

Put the tuna and the cooled liquid from Step 2 into a shallow container, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. (If the tuna is not completely immersed, turn it over once.)

Serve with shredded white leak and sesame seeds on top to taste.
