I was able to make this moist cake with rice flour and without using any eggs or dairy products.

You can really mix the ingredients because you're using rice flour! When the baking is done, cover it with aluminum foil for an even more moist result. Recipe by MikiOp

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 65 grams☆Rice flour
  2. 45 grams☆Almond flour
  3. 15 grams☆Cocoa powder
  4. 30 grams☆Beet sugar
  5. 10 grams☆Tapioca powder
  6. 30 grams〇Canola oil
  7. 100 ml〇100% fruit juice (apple or mixed fruits)
  8. 2 grams〇Baking soda
  9. 20 gramsCarob chips
  10. 50 gramsWalnuts

Steps

    Measure out the ☆ ingredients and put them into a bowl.

    Mix the ○ ingredients and combine with the ☆ ingredients. Mix everything together.

    Then add the roughly crushed walnuts and carob chips. Mix some more.

    Pour into the tart pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 170℃. Cover with aluminum foil and let it cool down slightly.
