Leftover noodles from making tomato sauce spaghetti for the kids, but mom wanted something spicy, so she made it Thai-style.

Boil the spaghetti noodles in salted boiling water for about 7-10 minutes. Check for desired doneness, then transfer the noodles to ice-cold water. Once cooled, drain and mix with oil to prevent sticking.

Heat a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and sliced garlic until fragrant. Add the dried chili and sausage, and stir-fry together. Add a little water to moisten. Season with salt and seasoning powder, and adjust the taste as desired.

Add the spaghetti noodles, chopped basil, basil leaves, and black pepper. Stir-fry until well combined, then turn off the heat and serve.
