Steps

Wash tomatoes n cut it's crown,and cross on it.

Pressure cook tomatoes n tamrind for 2 Whistles on high flame. Let it cool completely.

Remove tomatotes skin and blend it adding water. Seive it with strainer.

Add ghee in kadhai or sauce pan let it heat, add cumin and mustard seeds,after crackle seeds add asafoietida,curry leaves and crushed garlic stir it. (You can add finely chopped onion also in it and 1 tb spn chopped tomato)

Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,rassam masala add tomato puree add water if necessary let it boil, add crushed black pepper and boil it for more 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve it hot with rice, iday or vada..very good drink for cold n cough..super healthy drink.
