Fluffy Tofu Donuts

This is a snack I've been cooking for years since when my kids were little.
It's easy and quick so is perfect for snack time.
If you don't have a chocolate bar, they also taste good with kinako (roasted soy flour) on top. Recipe by TABEGOTO

It resulted in a really soft texture! You don't need to drain the tofu.As for the shape of the doughnuts, it's best if you use your fingertips to make the hole in the center. By doing this, it is easier to form the ring.Once the oil has drained off, you can sprinkle your preferred topping (powdered sugar, kinako) on top. As you can probably tell from the picture above, it's delicious! Recipe by Nacchi sencho cookpad.japan -

Only 2 Ingredients Needed! Tofu Donuts Only 2 Ingredients Needed! Tofu Donuts
I wanted to buy donuts, but it was raining cats and dogs. Since it was impossible to go out, I decided to make this for my children. There's no need to drain the tofu. If the dough turns out too soft to form balls, scoop with a spoon and drop it directly into the oil to deep-fry. If the balls are too big, the inside might remain uncooked, so I recommend to form smaller balls. The dough is not too sweet, so feel free to coat with sugar, kinako, cinnamon sugar, chocolate, or icing. Be creative! Recipe by chikappe cookpad.japan -
