7 servings
  • 100 gramsPancake mix
  • 2Eggs
  • 50 gramsSugar
  • 70 gramsButter (melted)

Steps

    Put the melted butter, sugar and eggs into a bowl and mix well.

    Add the pancake mix.

    Mix well.

    Pour into madeleine cups (about 70% full.) Bake in a 170°C oven for 25 minutes.

    They'll be nice and puffy when done.

Excellent and easy recipe! I got 6 cupcakes out of this recipe. Took only 15 mins in my oven. Will make again and again! Will also experiment with other flavors (matcha, chocolate, blueberry). Will also reduce sugar slightly.
