Garlic lemon and roasted broccoli pasta

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 stickbutter and a glug of evo
  2. 3large garlic cloves minced
  3. 2lemons
  4. 1/2 lbthin spaghetti
  5. 1-2 tspred pepper flakes
  6. HeadsBroccoli (1 package that can contain 2 to 3 heads)

Cooking Instructions

    Start your oven to 450. Toss about the head of broccoli florets in evo and lemon pepper seasoning and place on a sheet pan. Place the broccoli in the oven just as you start the next step and roast for 15 minutes or until it gets the brown/black edges

    Heat the butter and add the garlic and crushed red pepper. Let sauté slowly until garlic has browned. Squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon and remove from heat

    Cook the pasta in salty water. I do about 4tsp of kosher salt when cooking a 1/2 lb. Once the pasta is done add it to the sauce along with the broccoli on high heat and toss well. Add grated cheese to taste and serve.
