Ingredients

  1. 6-8 cupsraw chopped broccoli
  2. 1 baglow carb pasta (fussili carbanada)
  3. 2 lbbag of medium to large peeled raw shrimp
  4. 10crushed cloves garlic
  5. 1/2chopped white onion
  6. Adobo seasoning
  7. 1-2 cupsseasoned chicken stock
  8. Splashheavy cream
  9. 1/2 pintlow fat sour cream
  10. Parmesan cheese to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Boil broccoli for a few minutes then add pasta to same water and cook til tender. Drain and keep in drain while continuing

    Spray pan and add the onion and sauté for a few minutes until golden. Add Shrimp and garlic and cook til almost pink. Add the broth and heavy cream and sour cream. Bring to simmer and taste to season once shrimp is fully cooked. Do not over salt since it will have Parmesan cheese added

    Toss all together and enjoy! This will be a thin sauce on purpose. Store for up to three days because of shrimp
