Assembled all mentioned ingredients at one place.

In a bowl mix besan, suji, ginger, chilli, salt, turmeric, curd and oil. Add water to make a thick paste. Rest for 30 mins.

After 30 mins add eno and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well. Grease a flat container and pour the mixture evenly.

Now steam for 15-20 mins.Let the dhokla cool down after steaming.

Heat the oil in a small tadka pan. Add the mustard seeds, hing and sesame seeds. When mustard seeds are crackers add curry leaves, saute it.Now add the water and sugar. When sugar dissolve, pour this on the steamed dhokla.

Now cut the dhokla, garnish with coriander leaves.

A fluffy, mouth watering khaman dhokla ready to serve.
