How about jazzing up your usual morning eggs? This is a quick microwaved recipe.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Egg
  2. 5pieces Chopped tomatoes
  3. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the chopped tomatoes in a heatproof container.

  2. 2

    Add 1 egg and lightly season with salt and pepper. Mix together.

  3. 3

    Wrap the mixture from Step 2 with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave at 600 W for 50 seconds.

  4. 4

    Remove it from the microwave and mix. Wrap again and heat for another 30 seconds at 600 W.

  5. 5

    Stir the mixture once more.

  6. 6

    Transfer the eggs to a plate and enjoy.
