Soft and Fluffy Bread Machine Pizza Dough with Pesto Genovese Sauce

I couldn't find a nice combination of ingredients for a pizza recipe that would be the perfect size to satisfy two people. I tried various recipes and finally came up with this. The pesto genovese recipe is not new for me, but I got the idea about heavy cream on the pesto from a restaurant I visited.
If you don't have all purpose flour, use 200 g of strong flour or a mixture made with 160 g of strong flour and 40 g of cake flour instead.
I used pizza cheese this time, but if you have mozzarella or mascarpone, I recommend you use them! The pizza will turn out even more delicious. Recipe by Natsumi

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put all ingredients for the dough in your bread making machine, select the pizza dough setting and press start. Prepare a 25 x 25 cm sheet of parchment paper.

Take the dough out of your machine and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Spread out the dough with your hands. Make the edges a tad thicker, for the crust. Preheat the oven to 392°F/200°C.
- 3
Gently pierce the surface of the dough with a fork, about 30-40 times.
- 4
Spread the basil pesto all over the surface, and very lightly pour some heavy cream on top.
- 5
Top with lots of pizza cheese and bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C.
- 6
It's done. Slice carefully so you don't get burned, and enjoy.

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan
