Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspoil
  • As neededFew curry leaves
  • 1/4 tspeno
  • For tadka
  • 1 tspoil
  • as requiredfew Curry leaves
  • 2chopped chilli
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all the ingredients except eno & make a semi thick batter then add eno, little water & mix well

  2. 2

    Grease a microwave safe bowl and pour the batter in it.

  3. 3

    Microwave it at high power for 3-4 mins

  4. 4

    Prepare tadka & pour on the ready khaman.. serve with chutney.
