Ingredients

  • 500 gmwhite chick peas
  • 750 gmall-purpose flour
  • 250 mldrinking soda
  • as neededRefined oil for deep frying
  • as requiredCooking oil for white chick peas fry
  • 3-4 tablespoontea leaves
  • Spices
  • 4onions
  • 4tomatoes
  • 4-5green chillies
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • 1 inch ginger

    Soak overnight the white chick peas

  2. 2

    In the morning, boil the white chick peas with water in cooker

  3. 3

    In cooker, add tea leaves after tying in any cotton cloth

  4. 4

    Wait for 5-6 whistles

  5. 5

    Make dough of all-purpose flour with the help of drinking soda (no added water in it)

  6. 6

    Grind the onions, ginger and green chillies

  7. 7

    Cut the tomatoes into tiny pieces

  8. 8

    Heat the oil in pan

  9. 9

    Add grinded ingredients

  10. 10

    After saute for 5 minutes, add all spices in it

  11. 11

    Fry for 2 minutes

    Add tomatoes

  13. 13

    Stir fry them

  14. 14

    From cooker, get it the cloth out

    Now add tadka in cooker, boil for 5 minutes

    Chole is ready, garnish with coriander leaves

    Now take a deep pan

    Add oil in it

    After heating oil, make bhature of dough and fry from both sides

    Our bhature is also ready

    Serve with hot hot bhature with hot white chick peas
