Falooda 🍸🍹

A Falooda is Iranian version of a cold dessert made with noodles. It has origins in the Persian dish faloodeh, variants of which are found across West, Central, and South Asia. Traditionally it is made by mixing rose syrup, vermicelli, and sweet basil seeds with milk, often served with ice cream.its a popular cold dessert in summers,it takes my whole day to make this,but in the end result is awesome love this 😍😍😍

In pan add water sugar corn flour

Mix well,turn on flame and cook until it becomes transculant

Add this into piping bag,take ice water in bowl and make sawain in it

Rest it for 1 hour

Take water in pan when it start boiling add green jelly,mix well add into the bowl and let it cool on room temperature

Then put it fridge till it becomes set,green jelly is ready

For making red jelly again take 2 cups of water, let it boil add jelly packet

Mix well and pour into bowl let it cool on room temperature then put it in fridge

Red jelly is ready

Take mil on sauce pan,le it boil add condensed milk,cook for 5,7 minutes add nuts,milk is ready

Soak tukh malanga in bowl for 15 minutes

Now assemble falooda,take serving glass add rooh afza

Add falooda sawain

Add tukh malanga

Add mlik

Add red and green jellies

Again add sawain and tukh malanga, add more milk

On the top put ice cream scoops
