    Sab se phly gee ko lay kar ua main icing sugar samil karin aur itna mixed karin k us ki shakal white ho jai phir aik alag bowl main Maida, baisan, suji, baking powder aur cardamom powder samil kar k achy tarah mixed karin aur us main gee aur sugar ka mixture samal kar k achy tarah haathon ki maadad se mix kar lay aur 15 min frige main set hone k lyia rakh dain

    15 min bad ap thora sa dough lay kar aik ball k shape day dain is sare dough ki kamuskam 12 13 naankhatai tyir ho gi tyir karne k bad isy baking pan main rakhy ju bi ap k pass aviable hai aur ager without oven banani hai tu phly se usy preheat hone k lyia rakh dain full heat p 15 min k lyia aur phir naankhatai ko egg se thora sa bursh aur almond se garnish karin aur phir medium to low flame p 15 20 min tak bake karin

    Aur oven main bi phly 10 15 min 180% p preheat karin aur 15 se 20 min tak bake karin naankhatai tyir hain thanda kar k serve karin
