Put the urad dal and poha in a vessel and mix it properly. Now grate it to thick batter.

Now take soaked idli rice and grate it into thick batter.

Mix both the mixture and salt as per taste. Now take idli maker and apply a thin layer of oil on its base and put the batter in that maker. Bake them for 15 minutes.

Idli is ready to serve, we can garnish it with coriander leaves and we can eat it with sambhar and coconut chutney.
