Firstly all the dry ingredients, maida, coffee powder,baking soda, baking powder,sugar powder, pinch of salt seive mix it properly in a bowl and keep aside

A take big bowl add in oil, vanilla essence whisk again for 10 minutes, now add this whisked wet ingredients to dry ingredients in cut and fold method.... shift this cake batter in to greased cake tin and bake it in preheated oven for 35 minutes on 180 degree centigrade..

Let the cake to cool down for wait gently cut the cake in to two layers..prepare sugar syrup by adding 1/2 cup powdered sugar in to half cup water apply this syrup on each layer of the cake..to prepare chocolate ganache.. take fresh cream, butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl and melt it by double boiling method, let it cool down..

Spread chocolate ganache on each layer assemble the cake layers..and keep it in the refrigerator to set, for 30 minutes..take out the cake spread remaining ganache on the cake and garnish with some colorful sprinkles now
chocolate coffee cake is ready to relish....
