Boil 3cups of water,when it boils,remove from heat, pour in your flour in a circular form,turn with wooden spatula till smooth(if too light,add Lil more flour,if too thick,add Lil more water to loosen up),return to heat,cover,cook on low heat,when it boils,turn again,till smooth,wrap in Santana nylon,enjoy with soup of choice
