10 pcsWalnuts,chopped
5Cheese cubes,grated
3 tbspCornflour
as requiredGreen chillies, chopped
2 tspGarlic powder
2 tspOnion powder
3 tbsCoriander leaves
1 tspChilli flakes
1 tspOregano
1 tspDry mango powder/ Chat masala
as per taste Salt,
For coating
4 tbspCornflour
1 cupWater
As requiredBread crumbs
2 tbspSesame seeds
For serving
16Sticks/Skewers

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl, mash & mix well

Make medium sized balls.

Make cornflour slurry by mixing cornflour with water, dip in it, roll on bread crumbs & sesame seeds mix. Refrigerate for 30 minutes & you can store upto 10 days.

Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour
5

Insert stick or skewers, seeve with dip of your choice.
